• IF YOU ARE GIVEN A PDF WITH A LINK TO DOWNLOAD
If you received a pdf with a link to download the ZIP file, open the pdf, click on the link, after which google drive will open where you will immediately see the ZIP file and then just click on the arrow in the upper right corner (or in the middle of a screen) to download to your computer.
• HOW TO UNZIP ON PC
1. Locate your downloaded ZIP file (it should be automatically in your “Downloads” folder).
2. Right-click on the ZIP folder and select “Extract All”.
3. Select a destination to save the extracted files by clicking “Browse”. (Destination can be where ever you want—documents, desktop, etc.)
4. Click the “Extract” button and you can now use unzipped files.
• HOW TO UNZIP ON MAC
To open a zip file on a Mac, just double-click it. The Archive utility automatically opens the file or folder, decompressing it and putting it in the same folder as the compressed file. So, for example, if the zip file is on your desktop, the unzipped folder will be put on your desktop too.
